I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel I need to warn others about this american pieces. It arrived two weeks late, and when it finally came, it was not at all what was advertised. The quality is absolutely terrible - it feels like a cheap knockoff. I tried using it for a few days but it just doesn't work properly. Multiple features are broken or don't function as described. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive. This has been a complete waste of money. I strongly advise looking at other options. Very disappointed and frustrated with this purchase.
