To be honest, i really wanted to like this office chairs, but I'm quite disappointed. First, it arrived later than promised. When I finally got it, the packaging was damaged (though the product itself was okay). The quality is just not what I expected - it feels cheap and flimsy. I've only been using it for a week and I'm already noticing problems. It doesn't work as smoothly as advertised and some features don't seem to function properly. For this price, I expected much better. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it does technically work, but I wouldn't recommend it to others. 👍

Good but not perfect

Overall I'm quite happy with this office chairs. The quality is good and it does what I need it to do. There are a few minor things that could be improved - the instructions weren't super clear and it took me a bit to figure out how to use all the features. But once I got it set up, it's been working great. For the price, it's definitely a solid choice. I'd give it 4 stars because while it's very good, it's not quite perfect.

Mixed feelings

This genuine black office is kind of a mixed bag. On one hand, it does work and serves its basic purpose. On the other hand, I expected a bit more for the price. The quality is just average - not bad, but not great either. It arrived on time which was good, but the packaging could have been better. I've been using it for a few weeks and it's holding up okay. If you're looking for something budget-friendly and don't need top quality, this might work for you. But if you want something really good, you might want to spend a bit more.
